Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York is seeking a Clean Energy Policy Manager - E-Mobility to advance EV infrastructure programs, grid-efficient charging, and state goals in NY and NJ. The role focuses on policy development, regulatory advocacy, and coordination with E-Mobility SMEs to support a strategy aligned with company goals and customer benefits.

The position emphasizes collaboration with regulators, leadership, and other departments to ensure timely program advancement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years' related work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Policy, Engineering, or Project Management with five years in utilities or related field.
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory proceedings and NYPSC/NJBPU orders; analyze impact on Company and E-Mobility programs.
• Advocate for E-Mobility programs and strategies to increase EV adoption and charging behavior.
• Present to leadership and regulators on E-Mobility programs and strategy.
• Conduct research on nationwide E-Mobility standards, emerging technologies, and grid impacts.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, reports, and interrogatory responses for E-Mobility proceedings and rate cases.
• Represent the Company at NYPSC/NJBPU conferences and working group meetings.
