Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Strong knowledge of utility service requirements and interconnection processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in a project manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multiple EV Infrastructure projects and clients at once.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
• Support the electrical engineering aspects of EV Charging Facilities and Energy Storage Projects.
• Oversee utility service/interconnection requirements reviews and applications.
