Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Land Development Project Manager to lead our EV Infrastructure team in North Texas. You will oversee multi-service projects, ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence, and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities include client management, coordinating cross-discipline teams, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while delivering quality results across EV charging and energy storage initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• 3–5 years of experience in a project manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multiple EV Infrastructure projects and clients at once.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable as needed.
• Support electrical engineering aspects of EV Charging Facilities and Energy Storage Projects.
