Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Land Development Project Manager for its EV Infrastructure team. You will oversee multi-service projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget while building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with service leads to align project activities and deliver high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
3–5 years of experience in a project manager or similar role.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Take full accountability for multiple EV Infrastructure projects and clients at once.
Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
Support electrical engineering aspects of EV Charging Facilities and Energy Storage Projects.
