Job summary

ICF is hiring an Associate Program Specialist to support day-to-day responsibilities for commercial EV infrastructure and load management programs in the Mid-Atlantic. Location options include Columbia, MD or Reston, VA with a hybrid schedule that includes home office work and travel to offices.

You will work closely with program and portfolio managers to ensure project implementation, prepare reports, support stakeholders and participants, and analyze charging data while exploring product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, IT, Economics, Environmental Science or related) or equivalent experience
• 1+ months of energy/environmental/sustainability experience

Responsibilities

• Support program management of multiple EV infrastructure and load management programs
• Maintain accurate program data including participation, status, incentives, and customer segments
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly/annual reporting for the client
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for data collection and timely reporting
• Interface with client team for day-to-day planning and updates
• Create and maintain Excel/SharePoint trackers to monitor budget and progress
• Provide insights for program changes based on market trends
