Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a Project Manager to join our Energy Solutions division in London, coordinating on-street EV charging installations with site teams, local authorities and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will oversee planning, resourcing and reporting, driving efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality standards across dispersed sites.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within infrastructure, utilities, construction or related industry.
• Experience managing multiple delivery teams across dispersed locations.
• Strong organisational, planning and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of on-street EV charging installations to meet programme, safety and quality objectives.
• Plan and sequence installations across multiple live work programmes.
• Coordinate site schedules to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and maintain accurate programme tracking and reporting.
• Support site supervisors, ensuring clear allocation of sites and resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
