We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Ground Control Energy Solutions division, supporting the delivery of our rapidly growing on-street EV charging programme. Working closely with site supervisors, civils teams, local authorities and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering the infrastructure needed to support the UK's transition to electric vehicles. This is an opportunity to take ownership of multiple installation programmes, optimise resources across dispersed sites and contribute to projects that deliver lasting environmental and community benefits.Why this role?Be at the centre of programme delivery You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of EV charging installation projects, ensuring works are planned effectively, appropriately resourced and delivered safely, on time and within budget.Coordinate multiple live projects You'll manage installation programmes across multiple locations, balancing resources, resolving scheduling challenges and ensuring site teams have what they need to succeed.Build strong stakeholder relationships You'll work closely with local authorities, operational teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration throughout project delivery.Drive operational efficiency You'll have the opportunity to identify improvements, streamline processes and support the ongoing development of programme tracking and reporting systems.Support the UK's journey to net zero Your work will directly contribute to the expansion of EV charging infrastructure, helping communities access cleaner and more sustainable transport options.What you'll do: You'll lead the planning, coordination and delivery of on-street EV charging installations, ensuring projects achieve programme, safety and quality objectives.
