Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Land Development Project Manager to lead EV Infrastructure initiatives. The role oversees complex multi-service projects, maintains scope, schedule, and budget, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Strong knowledge of utility service requirements and interconnection processes.
• Basic understanding of electrical calculations and studies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multiple EV Infrastructure projects and clients at once.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
• Support the electrical engineering aspects of EV Charging Facilities and Energy Storage Projects.
• Review utility service/interconnection requirements for various utilities and manage the technical portions of service/interconnect applications for EV clients.
• Coordinate with civil/geotechnical/structural engineers and surveyors.
• Possibly conduct electrical engineering design and develop construction documents for EV projects.
