Job summary

Via is seeking a hands-on Utility Worker in West Palm Beach to maintain the safety, efficiency, and functionality of our fully electric vehicle fleet. This is a practical, ground-level role that keeps operations running smoothly across a range of tasks.

You will monitor charging, coordinate repairs, perform light maintenance, and support the operations team. Shifts include daytime 11am–8pm and overnight 8pm–5am; applicants must be 21+ with a clean MVR and the ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work daytime or overnight shifts.
• Ability to pass drug test and background checks; clean MVR with limited speeding tickets.
• Hands-on maintenance ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor charge levels and move vehicles to chargers.
• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance; shuttle vehicles to vendors.
• Perform minor maintenance such as tire swaps and light repairs.
• Support operations by organizing workspaces and assisting with market initiatives.
