Job summary

ALSO. is seeking a Commercial Fleet Service Technician in Seattle to own the full service lifecycle—from assembly and maintenance to troubleshooting, repairs, and software updates—for our growing commercial fleet.

You will work hands-on with EVs and prototype hardware, use in-house tools for software updates and ECU flashing, and travel to support events as needed. The role demands meticulous documentation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on EV/automotive maintenance experience; CAN bus diag a strong plus.
• Strong tool and diagnostic equipment proficiency; ECU flashing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, maintenance, repair, and component replacements on electric bicycles to ensure commercial fleet readiness.
• Oversee fleet service facility, inventory, and cleanliness; develop SOPs for maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; determine when to elevate.
