Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school education in Automotive, Diesel, Electrical, or Commercial Vehicle Technology preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in vehicle repair, diagnostics, tech support, or fleet maintenance.
• Experience with medium- to heavy-duty trucks preferred.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple dealers/customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to RIZON dealers, service technicians, and fleet customers via phone, email, and remote diagnostics.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and vehicle system concerns.
• Support dealers and technicians with repair guidance, fault code interpretation, and service procedures.
• Review wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documentation to assist with diagnostics.
• Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, Service, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• Document technical cases, resolutions, and recurring product concerns.
• Support dealer onboarding, technical training, and product familiarization activities.
• Assist with recall campaigns, service bulletins, and product improvement initiatives.
• Escalate unresolved issues to OEM engineering and technical support teams when required.
