Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist in Los Angeles to support daily deployment and retrieval of the fleet. You’ll drive vans, interact with the community, and coordinate with the team to ensure safety, vehicle readiness, and compliance with city rules.

This contracted role requires outdoor work, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. You’ll report to the shift lead and help maintain high service standards for riders.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local geography and the ability to navigate the area.
• Ability to operate large vans and work outdoors in all weather.
• Physically able to lift up to 65 lbs / 35 kg frequently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Safety-minded with attention to quality checks.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the local community and assess safety risks.
• Address city requests related to stickers, reflectors, etc.
• Maintain communication with the team and shift lead.
• Support Lime events and provide valet services when needed.
• Manage battery operations with proper documentation and safety checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles.
• Monitor zones to ensure parking compliance and tidiness.
• Detect and report unusual ground service or product issues.
• Assist customers in the field as needed.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure rider safety.
