Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and automotive program completion preferred.
• 0–3 years in automotive shop or tech environment; new graduates welcome.
• Basic EV/hybrid exposure or startup experience is a plus.
• Competence with Windows/Mac laptops and work order systems.
• Foundational electricity theory and reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Learn EV systems and tools under senior technicians and leaders.
• Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines to maintain quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations and expense reporting.
• Maintain detailed technical notes for internal/external use.
• Interact professionally with customers, families, and suppliers.
• Identify process improvements and participate in campaigns.
