Job summary

Freudenberg, a global engineering company, seeks an Account Manager for EV & Emerging Mobility in Plymouth, MI. You will own the commercial relationship with automotive OEMs and drive cross-functional collaboration across purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, manufacturing, and leadership to protect and grow revenue.

You will develop strategic account plans, lead RFQs and pricing, conduct negotiations, and manage contract discussions while navigating fast-changing customer needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive automotive account management or related sales roles.
• Experience handling RFQs, pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship for assigned automotive OEM accounts.
• Lead RFQs, pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, manufacturing, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to protect and grow revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and whitespace with customer roadmaps.
