Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee software development activities for the EV Charging domain, coordinating with Ford’s Advance EV program, hardware and vehicle integration teams, and validation groups. You will manage schedules, risk mitigation, and release processes while ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in technical program management within automotive software
• Strong knowledge of EV charging and HV systems
• Experience with CAN FD and automotive Ethernet protocols
• Experience in defect management and release management
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, development, testing, and deployment of EV charging firmware.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and vehicle integration teams to meet requirements and schedules.
• Track KPIs, risks, and milestones; report status to leadership.
• Drive release readiness, defect triage, and validation activities to ensure regulatory and safety standards compliance.
