Job summary

Rivian invites students to apply for its Summer 2027 internship program. Internships are designed for undergraduates and graduates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and 2029.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree at an accredited university.
• Actively pursuing a degree or one closely related in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with CAD software highly encouraged.
• Applied knowledge and understanding of engineering first principles.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working as a member of a team across several cross functional disciplines, including with external stakeholders.
• Experience working with vehicles is preferred.
