Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operations, analytics or related business role.
• Strategic planning and improvement experience.
• Data-driven decision making with strong data modeling and metrics experience.
• Autonomous, highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrification and charging solutions.
• Experience with Jira, SharePoint and Salesforce automations.
• Knowledge of lean and kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and measure continuous process improvement work aligned with strategic and financial plans.
• Oversee operations efficiencies including planning, backlog management, reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure revenue optimization aligns with sales, inventory, supply and customer metrics.
• Conduct process mining and assess value streams for new workflows.
• Prepare quality and performance reports with trend analyses and corrective actions.
• Lead internal compliance audits and build monitoring tools.
