Qualifications

• Experience with EV battery modules and packs testing and validation.
• Strong background in CAN/CAN FD/UDS communications and diagnostic tooling.
• Experience in data analysis with SQL, Python, MATLAB, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with V2X electrical systems and BMS concepts is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, deploy, and improve battery testing, manufacturing, repair, and reporting systems.
• Lead diagnostic development and issue resolution across engineering and production teams.
• Support multiple customer programs with rigorous problem solving and data-driven decisions.
• Drive product launches, engineering changes, and process development in a fast-paced setting.
