Job summary

Aved Electronics in Henderson, NV, seeks a Test Engineer to develop, support, and optimize manufacturing test systems for battery pack production. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering and Operations to improve test coverage, troubleshoot failures, and drive process improvements using PCBAs, BMS and automated test equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years in test or manufacturing engineering, electronics testing, or a related field.
• Experience supporting test systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with electrical test and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support production testing of battery packs and components.
• Troubleshoot test failures and equipment issues.
• Provide hands-on support to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Monitor test system performance for reliability, repeatability, and throughput.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
