This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, as well as the ability to operate material handling equipment. Ideal candidates have knowledge in mechanical fastening and electrical connections, with a passion for sustainability. The position includes on-site training and potential field operations supporting battery system decommissioning.
Qualifications
Must operate a variety of material handling equipment and mechanical lifts.
Working knowledge of mechanical fastening systems, electrical connections, and disassembly techniques.
Prior rigging and heavy material handling experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform safe, controlled disassembly of EV and energy storage battery packs.
Execute high-voltage isolation and handling procedures adhering to LOTO and PPE requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain safety and compliance standards.
