This role involves the safe and efficient disassembly of EV battery packs adhering to strict high-voltage safety protocols. Candidates will operate various tools and equipment, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. A passion for sustainability and experience with material handling equipment are essential. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates working knowledge of mechanical fastening systems, electrical connections, and component-level disassembly techniques.
• Prior rigging and heavy material handling experience is preferred.
• Must meet all requirements for use of a full-face respirator.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe, controlled disassembly of EV and energy storage battery packs.
• Execute high-voltage isolation and handling procedures.
• Sort and classify battery components for reuse or disposal.
