Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician in Ellabell, GA to support Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America’s first electric vehicle mass-production facility. The role is full-time and involves assembling and testing components, using hand and power tools, and rotating among duties to maintain workflow.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED (2-year technical degree preferred) and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive/manufacturing environment.
• Flexible with shift rotations and overtime should be expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production tasks to meet quality and production standards.
• Rotate between tasks, using hand and power tools and production equipment.
• Inspect products for quality and report or address defects.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to maintain efficient flow.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
