TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician in Ellabell, GA to support Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America’s first electric vehicle mass-production facility. The role is full-time and involves assembling and testing components, using hand and power tools, and rotating among duties to maintain workflow.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED (2-year technical degree preferred) and strong English communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production work to meet quality and production standards
• Rotate between tasks, operating hand and power tools as well as production equipment
• Inspect products for quality, identifying and reporting or correcting defects
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain efficient production flow
• Follow all established safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands
