Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in electrical assembly or related manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with basic measuring and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of high-voltage safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy components safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with assembly documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical enclosures, busbars, wiring harnesses, cooling components, and related equipment.
• Interpret schematics, drawings, and assembly documentation.
• Perform torque tightening, cable routing, connector installation, labeling, and related tasks.
• Handle and install power electronics modules safely and accurately.
• Conduct basic tests using multimeters and other equipment.
• Inspect final products according to test procedures.
• Follow high-voltage safety, PPE, lockout/tagout, and safety procedures.
• Report non-conformities and cooperate with QA/engineering/production.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety rules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
