Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Assembler Technician for a full-time contract opportunity in Fremont, CA. The role is ideal for hands-on manufacturing professionals with 2 to 5 years of assembly experience, particularly in high-volume EV or automotive environments.

You will assemble products according to documented work instructions, pack and ship, and support production planning while coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams to meet daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in high-volume electric vehicle or automotive production.
• Ability to follow certified assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic assembly tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to certified assembly procedures, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Pack, prepare, and ship completed assemblies with documentation.
• Support production planning, including job instruction packets and workflow coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production to meet deadlines and targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy following SOPs and safety requirements.
• Keep work area clean and aligned with lean manufacturing practices.
