Job summary

Amprius Technologies is seeking a Battery Assembly Technician for our Fremont, CA site. You will assemble battery components using hand tools, test completed cells, and verify quality with precision instruments. Team collaboration and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential.

The role supports a fast-paced production line, requires a HS diploma and 1 year in related fields, and is an on-site, 6-month TEMP position on a Day AWS schedule (3x12 or 4x12 weeks).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1 year of equipment operator or technician experience in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery components according to specifications.
• Test batteries to meet quality and performance standards.
• Inspect materials and components with micrometer, mass scale, and multimeter.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisor.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE rules.
• Follow company safety protocols.
