Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Assembler Technician in Fremont, CA for a full-time contract opportunity. The role involves hands-on assembly, packing, shipping, and coordinating workflows in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Clear procedures, safety standards, and a team-focused culture support accuracy and continuous improvement. The position offers two shifts (5:00 AM–1:00 PM and 1:30 PM–10:00 PM) with pay rates of $25.00 to $27.50 per hour, along with benefits

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, automotive, EV, or advanced manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly procedures, job instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Mechanical aptitude with comfort using basic hand tools or production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team while meeting deadlines and production goals.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to certified assembly procedures, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Pack, prepare, and ship completed assemblies with order accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support production planning by preparing job instruction packets and coordinating workflow needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams to meet daily deadlines and targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy while following SOPs and safety requirements.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with lean manufacturing practices.
