Qualifications

• Build complete cable, wire harness, mechanical, or electromechanical assemblies from start to finish.
• Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build complete assemblies from start to finish per procedures.
• Receive kitted materials and assemble according to quality requirements.
• Perform wire prep, stripping, crimping, connector assembly, and harness processes.
• Identify issues and communicate concerns before continuing production.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and attention to detail.
