Job summary

Latitude AI is hiring a Service Technician Associate to support Electric and Hybrid vehicle maintenance within the Service Operations team. You will diagnose issues, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ADAS and EV system functionality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with vehicle experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 15% for training and support may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
• Experience working on vehicles professionally is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Occasional travel up to 15% for training and site support.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a growing fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Accurately document findings and track time.
• Diagnose issues using hardware and software tools.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams on electrical and autonomous systems.
• Follow documented work instructions and ensure system functionality.
• Collaborate on AV, ADAS, and EV system verification.
• Track inventory and keep work area clean and organized.
