Job summary

Latitude AI is recruiting a Service Technician Associate to join the Service Operations team. You will perform electric and hybrid vehicle mechanical maintenance and support, and collaborate with internal and external customers on engineering tasks.

You will document findings, diagnose issues, and validate ADAS, autonomous vehicle, and EV system functionality while following documented work instructions. A driver’s license and travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
• Experience working on vehicles professionally.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with oscilloscope or picoscope usage.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document findings and track time.
• Diagnose issues using hardware and software combinations.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams on electrical and electronic systems and autonomous control systems.
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics using hand tools.
• Experience with flashing automotive control modules and CAN bus operation.
• Validate DAT, ADAS, AV and EV systems functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
