Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to install, relocate, upgrade and qualify lithography systems at customer sites. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality installations and on-time project handovers.

Travel up to 80% across the United States, with some international exposure, and perform demanding assembly, testing and documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, electronics or related field, or two years of practical experience.
• Associate degree or technical degree with relevant industry experience.
• Minimum one year in field service, semiconductor manufacturing or similar technical environment.
• Minimum one year assembling, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electromechanical equipment.
• Minimum one year experience using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and technical reporting applications.
• Minimum one year experience reading technical documentation, engineering drawings, procedures, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, de-install, assemble and qualify lithography systems in cleanroom environments.
• Execute system upgrades, modifications and recovery activities per procedures and specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Analyze system performance and verify compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Complete technical documentation, service reports, work orders and handovers on time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior members where appropriate.
