Sealed Air Corporation’s Liquibox Europe team seeks an accomplished Sales Director to accelerate growth across Europe. You will lead a regional sales organization, build executive-level partnerships, and shape strategies to capture new opportunities across multiple markets and channels.

Fluency in English is required, with European language skills a plus. You will drive transformation, develop leaders, and align commercial priorities with innovation and operations to deliver sustainable revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience leading commercial organizations in B2B industrial sectors.
• Proven record delivering transformation and growth across European markets.
• Strong sales strategy development and execution with measurable impact.
• Experience coaching high-performing sales leadership teams.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
