Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a Regulatory Counsel, Europe to guide legal strategy on payments and financial services across Ireland, the UK and other European markets. Based in Dublin or London, you will report to the Global Regulatory Counsel in New York and partner with compliance, finance and product teams.

You will advise on evolving regulations, interact with regulators, and help launch new services while maintaining strong relationships across functions.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of legal experience in financial services.
• Experience advising on regulatory matters for payments.
• Ability to work with regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to assist Payoneer in regulatory matters across Europe.
• Supporting Ireland and UK management, compliance, and finance teams with regulators.
• Researching evolving regulations and their impact on Payoneer’s strategy.
• Liaising with outside counsel in the region.
• Supporting business teams in the development of new services with cross-functional collaboration.
