Job summary

You will partner with product leaders and regional teams across North, Central, and South America to provide pragmatic legal guidance on the design, launch, and ongoing compliance of PayPal’s products and services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm in product or regulatory counseling.
• Experience with federal and state consumer financial laws and privacy and enforcement actions is preferred.
• Admitted to a state bar in good standing and excellent drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to enable business strategy while managing risk.
• Guide product teams on regulatory requirements in North, Central, and South America.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to evaluate products in global markets and drive decision-making.
