Job summary

Therabody is seeking an International Marketplace Manager to lead Europe marketplace strategy and performance across key platforms (excluding Amazon). This role balances strategic planning with hands‑on execution, using data to drive growth and brand consistency.

You will own Channable as the central operations portal and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and the global team to expand across European markets. Fluent English is required, German would be a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience managing third‑party marketplaces, ideally across multiple European markets.
• Fluent English; native German speaking would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketplace fundamentals including content optimization, pricing, promotions and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Own the European marketplace strategy and co‑own the P&L with local sales leads, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations using Channable: listings, content quality, assortment, pricing, promotions, availability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement effective supply and delivery solutions for different marketplaces.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure premium brand representation and localized PDP optimization.
• Plan and evaluate marketplace promotions, including seasonal campaigns and exclusive events.
• Forecast demand with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize inventory health and minimize stock risks.
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing to optimize on‑platform advertising and ROAS/ROMI.
• Track KPIs and report on sales, margin, traffic, and customer ratings; identify new opportunities across Europe.
