Ludico by Tribeca Hospitality Group introduces an exciting opening dining concept in New York. We are seeking dependable, organized Prep Cooks to join our launch culinary team, ensuring ingredients are prepared accurately and efficiently for service.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook/line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and knife skills.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes and production schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a chef-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, meats, seafood, sauces, stocks, dressings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and specifications.
• Accurately measure and portion ingredients while maintaining recipe consistency.
• Ensure prep lists are completed accurately and on time.
• Organize and maintain prep stations throughout each shift.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and properly storing products.
• Assist with banquet, private dining, and special event preparation as needed.
