Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior events professional to lead food and beverage planning for major US customer Summits and internal kickoff events. You will partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver flawless events with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing major corporate event workstreams.
• 3+ years of experience in food & beverage for events.
• 1+ year experience with large-scale convention-center events.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and travel 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute food and beverage management for two US customer Summits and internal Field Kickoff (2,500–3,500 attendees).
• Develop F&B menus for programs and ancillary meetings.
• Review attendee projections and coordinate with marketing ops on headcount.
• Finalize F&B counts and submit menus to venues; handle special requests.
• Ensure venue service levels align with Veeva standards and best practices.
• Maintain F&B planning spreadsheets and related documents.
• Oversee timely delivery and quality of services for each event.
• Perform short- and long-range planning and prioritization of timelines.
