Qualifications

• Previous European automotive service experience is a major plus.
• Experience with DMS like CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in the service drive.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle walk around inspections with customers.
• Accurately document customer concerns on the Repair Order.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to build repair estimates.
