Job summary

Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville is seeking an Audi Service Porter to keep the service drive orderly and welcoming. You will greet customers, manage the flow of vehicles, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the service area.

You will provide shuttle rides, stock the coffee lounge, and help maintain dealership presentation while supporting service and sales leadership. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with varied shifts at our Huntsville location.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operations: Greet customers with high energy and manage vehicle flow.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the drive area clean and safe; address leaks.
• Customer Support: Provide shuttle service within 25 miles; maintain lounge area.
• Inventory Management: Organize lot, keep inventory aligned, replenish fluids.
• PDI & Inspection: Inspect new vehicles, report issues with photos.
• Quality Control: Assist technicians with extended test drives as needed.
• General Support: Perform tasks assigned by Service or Sales leadership.
