Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles in the automotive service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to identify challenges, solve problems and maintain client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with an excellent experience from first contact through service completion.
• Answer phone calls, respond to texts and emails.
• Create service appointments based on technician workload.
• Document client concerns for technicians to investigate.
• Collaborate with technicians to build estimates and repair plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and staff.
• Source parts across multiple vendors for repairs and services.
• Set pricing on parts and labor to meet profit goals.
• Process client checkout after service completion.
