Job summary

Midwest Performance Cars is seeking a dedicated individual to advise clients and manage service experiences for European automotive repairs in a high-energy shop environment.

You will interact with clients, schedule services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and successful repairs. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with an excellent experience from first contact through service completion.
• Answer phone calls, respond to texts and emails.
• Create service appointments based on technician workload.
• Document client concerns for technicians to investigate.
• Collaborate with technicians to build estimates and repair plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and staff.
• Source parts across multiple vendors for repairs and services.
• Set pricing on parts and labor to meet profit goals.
• Process client checkout after service completion.

Pay: Full time salary position $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week based on experience, with bonus incentives based on Gross Profit goals.
