10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. They are seeking a Senior Paid Acquisition Lead to own Meta and Google Ads across the EU, from creative testing to bidding strategy, with responsibility for budgets, forecasts, and profitability.

Remote work within the EU is allowed, with a Dortmund office option. You will optimize campaigns, track performance, and explore new channels as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large paid social and paid search budgets in D2C e-commerce.
• Proven results scaling Meta and Google Ads in more than one European market.
• Strong analytical skills: GA4, Looker Studio or similar, spreadsheets and ideally SQL.
• A sharp eye for ad creative that sells.
• Fluent English; German, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish is a plus.
• Bonus: beauty, fragrance or fashion e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Test new channels such as TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft Ads when the numbers support it.

10ML runs paid acquisition across Europe, and the budgets grow with the business. You will own Meta and Google Ads for 10ML perfume decants and samples, from creative testing to bidding strategy, and scale spend profitably market by market.

What you will do

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns: Performance Max, Shopping, Search, YouTube and Advantage+ across several EU countries and languages
• Run a high-velocity creative testing programme with the content team: hooks, formats, UGC and static ads
• Own tracking quality with the data team: Conversions API, enhanced conversions, server-side events, product feeds in Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager
• Manage budgets, forecasts and incrementality tests, and report on CAC, ROAS and payback
• Test new channels such as TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft Ads when the numbers support it
