10x.team connects companies with Europe’s largest community of experienced professionals across finance, software, law, healthcare, marketing and more. We seek Freelance Sales Partners to open doors, create opportunities and source flexible senior talent on a fully remote, commission-based basis.

You will earn 50% of the 10x.team margin for every successful match, with no fixed hours and unlimited upside as you build a European client network.

Qualifications

• Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development and recruitment.
• Experience with staffing, consulting or freelance/interim solutions.
• Ability to open doors and convert conversations into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify European-based companies needing freelance, fractional or project-based professionals.
• Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team proposition.
• Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project needs.
• Spot opportunities across legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR and tech.
• Convert opportunities into freelance assignments and coordinate with the network.
