Job summary

Girls Inc. of Greater Pittsburgh (GIGP) is seeking a Program Manager to lead direct service programming, including Eureka! year-round and summer initiatives.

This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Director of Programs and drives curriculum, staff supervision, and partner collaboration to deliver high-quality experiences for girls. The role requires within commuting distance of the GIGP office, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to equity and youth development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth development, education, community-based programming, or a related field.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff; ability to lead teams.
• Experience coordinating and implementing youth programs, including curriculum development and staff oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead Eureka! year-round planning, development, and implementation of programming.
• Develop, review, and revise Eureka! curriculum across program years; ensure alignment with mission.
• Coordinate program logistics, staffing, participant registration, and family communications.
• Supervise Program Facilitators and staff; oversee site operations and partnerships.
• Monitor program outcomes and contribute to program growth and quality improvements.
