Job summary

Chevron is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to deploy evergreen compliance frameworks within a large, complex enterprise. The role leads a team of analysts across Eurasia, delivering training and providing subject-matter guidance to ensure policy adherence in real-time business activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar capacity, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record in risk assessments and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Business, or Law.
• Postgraduate professional designation (e.g. CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA).
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity or in a professional services audit/consultancy (Big 4).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance to a team of compliance analysts within Eurasia to ensure deployment of policies across the Region.
• Delivers compliance training and ad hoc guidance; serves as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure business processes meet policy expectations.
• Provides timely guidance to business stakeholders on applying compliance requirements to transactions and activities.
• Manages relationships with business stakeholders and supports Compliance Committees, Risk Assessments, and Representation Letters.
• Facilitates resolution of matters related to the Code of Conduct, Investigations, and sensitive issues.
