Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Network Development Analyst (EUCOM), Mid, to support a mission-critical intelligence program. The candidate will explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help clients understand their mission environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years all-source analytics, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting in IC/CC environments.
• Experience with pattern of life, social network, and human factors analyses.
• Experience with SIGINT/HUMINT using high-side tools and databases (Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI).
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and briefings for clients at tactical to strategic levels.
• Flexible research methodologies for complex, open-ended problems.
• Fusion cell environment or ICD 203/206 finished intelligence production (preferred).
• Experience analyzing issues (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Seek out accurate data sources, sift through raw data, and turn it into valuable intelligence.
• Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information for client understanding.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform DoD officials and operational customers.
• Use structured methodologies and subject matter expertise to guide efforts.
• Analyze development of products for clients, including actionable leads and briefings.
