Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Network Development Analyst (IRN), Mid, to support a mission-critical intelligence program. The selected candidate will explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help the client understand their mission environment.

You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within IC/Combatant Command.
• Experience with pattern of life, social network, and human factors analyses.
• Experience using SIGINT/HUMINT tools and databases such as Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and tailored briefings for clients.

Responsibilities

• Seek accurate data sources and turn raw data into valuable intelligence.
• Explore data sources, create queries, and combine information for client understanding.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques and tools to inform DoD officials and operational customers.
• Develop products for tactical to strategic levels including leads and briefings.
