Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for End User Computing Services to lead the EUC team and shape global IT support. You will design, implement, and sustain EUC platforms (O365, AzureAD, SCCM, Identity Manager) while driving best practices in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with IT teams to set standards, manage incidents, and report KPIs, ensuring a world-class user experience for internal clients and end users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, MIS or IT or equivalent experience.
• 5 years managing EUC teams in a global enterprise.
• Experience defining EUC service models and standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a world-class EUC Engineering team and platforms.
• Design and support global EUC platforms including O365, AzureAD, SCCM, Identity Manager.
• Identify user needs and innovate to deliver excellent IT experiences.
• Set technical standards and ensure consistent deployment and maintenance.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with resources to resolve incidents.
• Develop a framework to manage, report and improve customer service using KPIs.
