Job summary

The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) seeks an EUC Operations E Supervisor to lead remote and deskside troubleshooting, oversee PC software, hardware, and imaging, and manage multiple end‑user computing projects.

Requires a four‑year college degree with MIS/IT coursework and several years of related experience; offers comprehensive state benefits, flexible schedules, and strong opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with coursework in management information systems, data processing, telecommunications, or a direct Information Technology related field.
• Requires three (3) years of progressive administrative experience in MIS, data processing, or telecommunications in a public or business organization.
• Three (3) years of professional experience leading or supervising EUC/IT operations and providing guidance to staff.
• Experience managing Microsoft network environments, including admin accounts and permissions.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security solutions (antivirus, endpoint protection, encryption).
• Ability to analyze complex administrative and technical challenges and communicate clearly across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Under administrative direction, serves as EUC Operations E supervisor for EUC within DoIT.
• Manages installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of applications for PCs and imaging.
• Directs staff and projects related to end-user computing devices and software deployments.
• Keeps abreast of IT developments and pursues ongoing training to remain current.
