Job summary

The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking an EUC DevOps Engineer to manage our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tooling, with a focus on Nexthink. You will optimize visibility into end-user device health and experience across the organization and partner with EUC and InfoSec teams to drive improvements.

You’ll design dashboards, alerts, and automation, integrate with IT systems, and support reporting for compliance and performance while contributing to Agile EUC practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EUC, DevOps, or IT operations roles.
• Hands-on with Nexthink or similar DEX platforms.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with endpoint management tools and telemetry data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end administration of Nexthink or similar DEX platforms.
• Design dashboards, alerts, and automation for device health and UX.
• Collaborate with IS teams to align inventory, compliance, and telemetry.
• Develop integrations with CMDB, patching tools, and ticketing platforms.
• Support reporting for device performance and usage trends.
• Drive continuous improvement in DEX strategy and tooling.
• Participate in sprint planning and DevOps practices within EUC.
